How do I lose weight with your medically supervised healthy weight loss program?

After an initial consultation with our medical professionals, you’ll have a customized list of nutritional products to choose from for your daily meals. Our medically supervised weight loss plan uses high-quality, protein-filled meal replacements, portion, carbohydrate, and calorie control to burn fat while preserving lean muscle mass.

What kinds of options do I have in this medically supervised weight loss program?

The beauty of this weight loss plan is that it can be flexible to fit your lifestyle and preferences. Foremost, there are a variety of foods to choose from, for one thing. Each day, you have one “selfie meal” that you prepare, and you can pick which meal of the day is your selfie meal. And lastly, there are three options for how to balance the calories, carbs, proteins, and fats you need for your optimum weight loss – plans A, B, and C.

Plan A has 6-7 meals per day. Plan B has 4-5 meals each day. And Plan C has only 4 meals per day. You get to control which plan fits your day best.

Does this healthy weight loss plan include exercise?

Exercise is important for your overall health as well as achieving – and maintaining – your ideal weight.

If you’re not exercising daily already, you can start with simple walking.

As you begin the fat-burning stage, which is the first 1-2 weeks of the weight loss plan, it’s not unusual to experience:

How long will it take to lose weight?

Under our supervision, you’ll journey through three phases of healthy weight loss:

  • First – Weight Loss Phase
  • Second – Evolution Phase
  • Third – Maintenance Phase

The length of the weight loss phase varies based on how much weight you want to lose. You can expect to lose 3-5 pounds per week in the Weight Loss Phase.

The Evolution Phase lasts 4 weeks. During this time, you learn how to add back foods into your life while maintaining your weight loss.

The Maintenance Phase is all about keeping the weight off for good! As long as you maintain the healthy eating habits, portion control, and balanced nutrition you learn in Phases I and II, you’ll be maintaining your weight loss successfully into the future.
