Weight loss isn’t just about aesthetics – it’s about health.
For best success with healthy weight loss and achieving optimal energy, symptom relief, and vitality, weight should be treated as one part of your body’s elaborate system of interconnected parts, with each part playing a role in supporting the whole. That’s why our medically supervised weight loss program can work for you.
We all know that excess weight is a risk factor for chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Also, if you’re overweight, you already know that you don’t feel your best and your body isn’t working as well as it could be.
What you may not know is that excess weight – especially around your belly – actually throws off your hormonal balance, disrupts your endocrine system, and stresses your liver and adrenal functions. Areas we evaluate and treat in with hormone therapy–estrogen, cortisol, thyroid–are the same that suffer from having too much weight around your middle.
Improve your weight, improve your life
On our weight loss program, your brain fog will lift, you’ll have more consistent energy throughout the day, and you’ll experience less aches and pain. Therefore, you’ll start feeling sexy again and sleep better at night. Think of it as trading weight for great!
Easy-to-follow, with no calorie counting or hunger pains, our weight loss program includes tailored nutritional products, and medical supervision. Your weight loss program at Northwest Lifestyle Health is comprehensive and monitored, beginning and ending with an evaluation of your hormonal balance and functioning of key organs and systems.
We’re in this together. It’s not just about changing your weight, it’s about changing your life.
How do I lose weight with your medically supervised healthy weight loss program?
After an initial consultation with our medical professionals, you’ll have a customized list of nutritional products to choose from for your daily meals. Our medically supervised weight loss plan uses high-quality, protein-filled meal replacements, portion, carbohydrate, and calorie control to burn fat while preserving lean muscle mass.
What kinds of options do I have in this medically supervised weight loss program?
The beauty of this weight loss plan is that it can be flexible to fit your lifestyle and preferences. Foremost, there are a variety of foods to choose from, for one thing. Each day, you have one “selfie meal” that you prepare, and you can pick which meal of the day is your selfie meal. And lastly, there are three options for how to balance the calories, carbs, proteins, and fats you need for your optimum weight loss – plans A, B, and C.
Plan A has 6-7 meals per day. Plan B has 4-5 meals each day. And Plan C has only 4 meals per day. You get to control which plan fits your day best.
Does this healthy weight loss plan include exercise?
Exercise is important for your overall health as well as achieving – and maintaining – your ideal weight.
If you’re not exercising daily already, you can start with simple walking.
Be real – how awful am I going to feel on your medically supervised weight loss program?
As you begin the fat-burning stage, which is the first 1-2 weeks of the weight loss plan, it’s not unusual to experience:
- Mild nausea
These feelings will be short-lived, however, and we promise you that you’ll soon notice completely different feelings as you continue to work the plan:
- Weight loss!
- Increased energy
- Clarity, reduced brain fog
- Improved sleep
- Improved mood
- Reduced irritability
How long will it take to lose weight?
Under our supervision, you’ll journey through three phases of healthy weight loss:
- First – Weight Loss Phase
- Second – Evolution Phase
- Third – Maintenance Phase
The length of the weight loss phase varies based on how much weight you want to lose. You can expect to lose 3-5 pounds per week in the Weight Loss Phase.
The Evolution Phase lasts 4 weeks. During this time, you learn how to add back foods into your life while maintaining your weight loss.
The Maintenance Phase is all about keeping the weight off for good! As long as you maintain the healthy eating habits, portion control, and balanced nutrition you learn in Phases I and II, you’ll be maintaining your weight loss successfully into the future.
